Short description: YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Managing Recruitment and Resourcing. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements.

The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 12pm, 15th November 2023
Estimated total value excluding VAT: £5,000,000,000
Evaluation weightings:
- Quality – 40%
- Social value – 20%
- Price 40%
The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 16th February 2024 to 15th February 2026 with one option to extend for an additional 24 months. The decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by the end of September 2025 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Framework to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO’s contracting structures.
This contract is divided into lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots:

- Lot 3 – Managed Service for Temporary Recruitment – Housing

- Lot 7 – Recruitment Process Outsourcing
- Lot 8 – Recruit Train Deploy
- Lot 9 – Emerging Talent Recruitment
- Lot 10 – Total Talent Management
- Lot 11 – Vendor Management Systems
