Closing Date for Submission of Tenders: 12pm, 16th March 2021
Evaluation criteria weightings – cost 40%, quality 60%
The evaluation of tenders will result in the selection and award of framework status to a maximum of fifteen (15) suppliers whose overall tender score meets the Councils evaluation criteria and ranks them in the top 5 positions across the range of temporary staff categories to which they have submitted a tender, namely;
- Operative
- Professional & Technical
- Administrative
Tenders to be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution “Pro-Contract” hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP). The Council wishes to establish a range of specialist temporary worker providers to match the range of skills required from time-to-time to support the Council’s operation.
