Short description: The principle requirement of this framework is to provide customers with access to a range of suitably qualified and experienced service providers who are able to offer a range of advice, support and a variety of human resources and personnel services, both strategic and transactional.
These services will include; permanent and Interim ad-hoc recruitment at all levels from executive to entry level staff, candidate assessment and testing services, outplacement and career transition services and a suite of HR services which will provide customers of all levels with flexible access to a variety of HR business process outsourcing tools.
