The need for a PSL arises from Stonewater’s goal to streamline the recruitment process, ensure high-quality candidate placements, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards. By partnering with a select group of recruitment suppliers, it aims to achieve efficiency in our hiring processes and align recruitment practices with our strategic objectives. This initiative will enable the organisation to manage recruitment more effectively, ensuring that it has access to top talent that meets our specific requirements across different service categories.

Contract duration: 36 months.

The PSL will be retendered during the third year of the contract, in line with standard tendering procedures. No extension provisions are being granted beyond the main contract term.

This contract is divided into lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots. There will be multiple suppliers across the six lots.
