Short description:  The Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) has a requirement for a multi-supplier framework for the provision of skilled workers across a variety of specialisms using temporary agency workers, fixed term and permanent placement and executive search. There is also a requirement to appoint and advertising agency to advertise AFBI’s recruitment competitions. This framework will provide the following services:-

  • Provision of temporary workers
  • Recruitment for fixed term workers
  • Recruitment of permanent workers
  • Provision of an executive search service
  • Provision of a recruitment advertising service

Estimated total value excluding VAT: £45,000,000

Contract duration: 2 years with up to 2 x 12 month extensions

Type of procedure:  open procedure

Envisaged maximum number of participants to the framework agreement: 23

Place of performance:  Northern Ireland

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate:  3pm, 5th December 2024

  • Lot 6- Financial Administrators and Qualified Accountants – estimated value excluding VAT: £4,005,000
