Abri is seeking to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of services that can support the staffing requirements across the Abri Group. Abri requires suitably experienced Recruitment Agencies to consistently provide professional levels of performance and conduct whilst meeting the temporary, permanent and fixed term staffing requirements with top quality candidates. The supplier will need to deliver high quality control and effective monitoring providing services across the Abri Group and its operational areas. Agencies will meet all the requirements of legislation and employment law including that relating to equal opportunities and anti-discrimination practice.
Services must be able to support the below business areas across Abri’s three regional geographies; the South, South East and South West regions:
- Lot 0 – Agencies who specialise in providing candidates from underrepresented demographics, such as LGBT, BME, ex-armed forces and disabled communities.
- Lot 1a (Administration & Customer Services) – e.g. Administration Assistant, Customer Contact Advisor, Personal Assistant, Administration Manager, Work Scheduler
- Lot 1b (Complaints) – e.g. Complaint Handler, Complaint Officer, Complaints Manager, Complaints Team Leader
- Lot 2 (Housing) – e.g. Housing Partner, Community Safety Partner, Independent Living Partner, Income Officer, Tenancy Specialist
- Lot 3 (Finance) – e.g. Purchase Ledger Assistant, Accountant (fully qualified), Accountant (part qualified), Finance Business Partner, Treasury Manager, Treasury Assistant, Financial Controller
- Lot 4a (IT – Digital Development & Data) – e.g. Senior Developer (C#), Core Systems Developer Reporting Developer, Principal Developer
- Lot 4b (IT – Operations) – e.g. IT Security Analyst, Infrastructure Engineer
- Lot 4c (IT – IT Experience) – e.g. Application Support Specialist, 1st/2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst, Network Support Analysts
- Lot 4d (IT – Insights) – e.g. Predictive Analytics Analyst, Researcher, PowerBI Developer, Data Scientist
- Lot 5a (HR) – e.g. HR Assistant, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, L&D Assistant, L&D Partner
- Lot 5b (Legal) – e.g. Governance, Paralegal, Data Protection Manager, Data Protection Officer, Data Protection Manager, Solicitor, Procurement Specialists.
- Lot 6 (Asset Management) – e.g. Sustainability Manager, Strategic Assets Manager, Renewable Energy Specialist, Carbon Reporting Specialist, Environmental Law Specialist, air source heat pump installers, solar PV and battery installation engineers
- Lot 7 (Development) – e.g. Land Manager, Head of Land & Planning, Land Acquisition Specialist
- Lot 8a (Trades) – e.g. Carpenter, Electrician, Gas Engineer, Multi Trades Operative, Plumber, Advanced Multi Trades Operatives, Floorlayer, Roofer
- Lot 8b (Gas) – e.g. Gas Engineer, Installation Engineer, Gas Improver
