Description:  The procurement and provision of qualified legal services for Interim and Temporary agency roles for the public sector. This includes all qualified legal agency and temporary workers including but not limited to Solicitors, Paralegals and qualified support staff.

Contract dates (estimated):  4 July 2026 to 28 February 2034

Maximum number of suppliers:  Unlimited

Maximum percentage fee charged to suppliers:  3%

Procedure type: Open procedure

Mark Up Rates are specified, hourly/daily rates decided and confirmed at call-off

Award method when using the framework:  Either with or without competition

The Framework is available to CSKL its joint venture partnerships and other Contracting Authorities within the United Kingdom Channel Islands.
