LOT 2- Temporary, Interim and Contract (less than 9months) Recruitment
Services to be provided include, but are not limited to:
- Quick Staffing Solutions
- Flexibility
- Compliance and Background Checks
- Payroll and Benefits Management
Estimated value excluding VAT: £150,000,000
LOT 3- Retained/Executive Recruitment
Services to be provided include, but are not limited to:
- Talent Sourcing
- Market Research
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection
- Confidential Searches
- Negotiation and Offer Management
- Onboarding Support

Additional information
All Public Bodies will have access to this Framework Agreement with the agreement with the Contracting Authority. Those organisations who wish to access this Framework Agreement are detailed in the Invitation to Tender document.
The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
