Short description:  YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of the International Recruitment of Social Work Roles and Associated Services. The Framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all Local Authorities in the United Kingdom by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the Provider and the Provider delivers direct to the end customer.

YPO is the lead Public Sector Buying Organisation (PSBO) for this Framework Agreement in collaboration with London Councils, as a group of Public Sector Buying Organisations (PSBO).

Estimated total value VAT: £30,000,000

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate:  12pm, 15th November 2024

• Quality criterion – Name: Social Value / Sustainability / Weighting: 20%
• Price – Weighting: 40%

Contract start date:  27 January 2025

Contract End date:  26 January 2029

The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 27th January 2025 to 26th January 2027, with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The first decision to extend the Framework period will be taken by 27th October 2026 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspect of the Framework to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO’s contracting structures. The maximum Framework period will therefore be 4 years, from 27th January 2025 to 26th January 2029 (subject to an annual review, incorporating KPI performance).
