Short description:  The Common Services Agency (more commonly known as Public Services Delivery Scotland) (“the Authority”) is seeking to put in place an Executive and Senior Management Search and Selection Framework Agreement. The Executive level appointments are inclusive of Clinical and Medical Specialities. The Framework Agreement will be a three supplier ranked Framework with an option of running mini competitions facility for volume agreements only by inviting all three suppliers to competition. The initial Framework Agreement period will be for 24 months with an option to extend by one period of 24 months after expiry of initial period (the ‘Framework Period’).

Estimated total value excluding VAT: £1,500,000

Location:  Scotland

Award criteria:  Quality – 55%, price 45%

Duration in months:  24, with the option to renew for a further 2 periods of 12 months (total 4 years)

• Professional Indemnity Liability: 5M GBP
• Public Liability: 5M GBP
• Employer's Liability 5M GBP

The Bidder should provide its (“specific”) yearly turnover for the last 3 years. Evidence must be in the form of audited accounts.

Must have successfully placed at least two NHS director level posts within the United Kingdom and provide references from authorities.
