Title:  S1089 (2020) Employment Agency Services

Short description:  NIE Networks wishes to procure the services of employment agency services.

The Contracting Entity estimates that the total spend under the Framework Agreements based on current requirements, is anticipated to be between £14m and £16.5m.

Main site or place of performance:  Northern Ireland.

The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate:  12pm, 19th August 2019

Duration of the contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system:  96 months – each Framework Agreement will be for a period of five (5) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the Contracting Entity and subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement, to extend by a further optional period of up to three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years.

This contract is divided into lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots.  Maximum number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer: 2

Lot 1: General Temporary Agency Workers

The provision of general personnel on an ad-hoc basis to fill short and medium term temporary positions.

Estimated value £13,117,500

Lot 2: Specialist Agency Workers

Provision of specialist personnel on an ad hoc basis to fill short and medium term temporary positions.

Estimated value:  £3,382,500
