Ashford Borough Council is seeking support from recruitment consultants to assist with the search and selection processes for three new head of service roles plus a new director role. Consultants will be required to provide a proposal with recommendations on the process including:
- Advice on recruitment advertising
- Proposed timetable and process
- How they will support with headhunting and candidate attraction,
- How they will support the Appointment's Committee with shortlisting and selection
- Assessment tools
- Candidate checks and referencing
