Title: Recruitment Services.
Short description: The provision of agency recruitment services including temporary, permanent and contracting staff. The initial framework is for 4 years with the option of two further 2 year extensions at Scottish Water's discretion.
Estimated total value excluding VAT: £120 million
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 12pm, 23rd March 2017
The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators
This contract is divided into lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots:
- Lot 1 – Administration Staff
- Lot 2 – Scientific Staff
- Lot 3 – Customer Service staff
- Lot 4 – Professional staff including but not limited to Procurement and Supply Chain, Human Resources and Development, Technology and Innovations, Marketing and Communications, Finance and Regulation, Civil Engineering and Surveying, Project and Programme Management, Structural Engineering and Environmental Management.
- Lot 5 – Technical & Operations staff including but not limited to Asset Management Services, Facilities, Network Maintenance and Repairs, Health and Safety, Water and Wastewater Infrastructure and Operations.

Scottish Water will not accept the ESPD. We will only accept a completed Scottish Water PQQ document. Responses to the OJEU Notice will be evaluated and only successful applicants following PQQ evaluation will be invited to submit a tender.
