    Temporary and Permanent Recruitment Agencies Framework – MHS Homes

Reference:  TMHS351

Description:  MHS Homes are putting in place a framework to cover both Temporary and Permanent recruitment services.  The Framework Agreement will give MHS homes and any other Authorised Users the option to award contracts to Suppliers under the Framework by way of a “Competitive Selection Process” between the framework Suppliers, or by way of “direct selection” of a framework Supplier, without any further competition.

Total value (estimated):  £5,000,000 including VAT

Contract dates (estimated):

  • 19 October 2026 to 18 October 2028
  • Possible extension to 10 October 2030

Contract locations:  UKJ – South East (England)

  • Maximum number of lots a supplier can bid for: 2
  • Maximum number of lots a supplier can be awarded: 2

Description of how multiple lots may be awarded:  Each lot is assessed independently only against other suppliers who have bid for the same lot

Lot 4. Financial Management and Procurement roles

Lot 5. Corporate and Professional Services roles

Maximum number of suppliers to the framework:  unlimited

Maximum percentage fee charged to suppliers:  0%

Contracting authorities that may use the framework:  Only additional Contracting Authorities under the MHS Group, e.g Heart of Medway
