Description:  SECAmb is seeking to create a Preferred supplier List (PSL) for the recruitment and placement of permanent and temporary personnel. Historical spend was approx. £4.5m per annum (excluding V.A.T), however SECAmb does not guarantee any levels of commitment.  Any figures quoted in this notice are estimations only dependant on business need during life of the PSL.

Total contract value:  £13,500,000 – £16,200,000

Contract dates:  Up to 4 years – 17th October 2025 – 16th October 2028 with a possible extension to 16th October 2029

Location:  SE England

There are 2 lots:

• Maximum number of lots a supplier can bid for: 1

Lot 1. Corporate

Corporate Roles including Finance, HR, Procurement, Estates and I&MT

Lot value (estimated) £6,750,000 excluding VAT – £8,100,000 including VAT

Lot 2. Call Centre Staff

Call Centre staff including emergency and 111 call centres

Lot value (estimated) £6,750,000 excluding VAT – £8,100,000 including VAT
Maximum number of suppliers:  20 – anticipated maximum of 10 suppliers per lot.
