Short description: London Borough of Waltham Forest and YPO are procuring a nationwide framework for executive, interim and permanent recruitment of staff, along with HR consultancy, marketing and advertising. The two organisations are working together to develop a recruitment solution that meets the needs of public sector organisations.
The Framework will be accessible for use by UK Public Sector Bodies (and any future successor organisations) which includes central government departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, non-departmental public bodies, NHS bodies and local authorities.
Estimated total value: £500 million
The contract is divided into 4 lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots:
- Lot 1 Interim Recruitment (covering social care, IT, planning, finance, legal, housing, health & safety, HR, procurement & facilities management).
- Lot 2 Permanent Recruitment (covering social care, IT, planning, finance, legal, housing, health & safety, HR, procurement & facilities management).
- Lot 3 HR Consultancy – covering a wide portfolio of services, from strategy and transformation, to learning and development, to employment law advice.
- Lot 4 HR Marketing and Advertising – This lot will be for the provision of all marketing and advertising campaigns including public notices. HR Marketing will deliver flexibility to customers across a variety of services for both campaigns and recruitment advertising.
Duration of the contract, frame agreement or dynamic purchasing system: start – 1 November 2021 – end – 31 October 2023
The contract has the option to extend for one further period of 24 months.
