Title: Property Services and Trades Recruitment – Preferred Supplier List (PSL)
Short description: It is Hyde’s intention in respect of this ITT to create a multiple source Framework Agreement for the supply of Property Services and Trades Recruitment. The Service Provider will generally be required to provide recruitment services subject to project specific requirements under each Call-off Agreement but will primarily cover the services described in this document.

This contract is divided into lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots

The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators. Envisaged maximum number of participants to the framework agreement: 16
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 12pm, 9th August 2022
Hyde are seeking to select and award a contract to a number of panel providers for each Lot. This ITT seeks to create a framework by inviting proposals in respect of the Property Services and Trades Recruitment lots listed below;
Lot 1: South East London – Permanent Recruitment
- Gas Engineers (CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT)
- Electricians (18th Edition, City & Guilds Parts 1, 2 and 2330 Level 3 or equivalent, 2391 Inspection & Testing)
- Multi-Trade Repair Specialists (At least one primary trade and one secondary trade. Requirements will be from the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Concrete, Brickwork, Fencing, Wet Trades)
Lot 2: South East England – Permanent Recruitment

Lot 4: South East England – Temporary Recruitment
- Multi-Trade Repairs Specialists (Domestic). At least one primary trade and one secondary trade. Requirements will be from the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Concrete, Brickwork, Fencing, Wet Trades.
