Short description of the contract or purchase: Supply services of personnel including temporary staff. The Visitor Experience team at Tate works across both of Tate’s London galleries, Tate Britain and Tate Modern. The Visitor Experience team provides a range of staffed services in the galleries and is the public face of Tate. These services include visitor welcome, gallery invigilation, information provision, ticket sales and guided tours. The requirement of this contract is to supply Visitor Assistants that welcome and support the visitor experience, as a supplement to Tate’s permanent Visitor Assistant staffing arrangements in both temporary exhibition and permanent collection display areas at Tate Britain and Tate Modern.
