The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to appoint suppliers of temporary agency workers to form a framework agreement for the provision of (but not limited to) the following lots:
- Administrative Staff;
- Professional Administrative Staff e.g. Finance, Accounting, Procurement;
- Generic Workers e.g. caretakers, cleaners;
- Catering/Conferencing Staff.
The University is seeking to appoint a single agency per Lot which will be awarded on a Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) basis. Agencies may express an interest and then tenderer for a single lot or multiple lots.
The University employs over 2000 members of staff and is based across three main campuses; Wolverhampton, Walsall and Telford. Agencies will be required to demonstrate as part of the tender process that they have workers who can service each of the sites and in the case of Lots 3 and 4 at short notice and outside normal office hours.
Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate: Envisaged minimum number 5: and maximum number 8.
Contract Duration: 3 years
Value: £750,000 over the duration of the entire agreement.
