This contract is divided into lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots
Lot 1 – Waste Service Operatives
Waste service operatives: refuse and recycling loader and drivers, street collection operatives.
Lot 2 – Finance — General
Finance — general: Accounts receivable/payable. Budget monitoring, etc.
Lot 3 – Finance Specialist
Finance – specialist and management staff: qualified accountants and specialist staff.
Lot 4 – Revenues and Benefits
Revenues and benefits – Council Tax and NNDR administrators and benefits advisors and support staff.
Lot 5 – Legal
Legal: local authority general legal staff.
Lot 6 – Planning
Planning: planning case offices and associated services.
Lot 7 – Engineering
Engineering: operatives to work with engineering services department undertaking various works including drainage.
Lot 8 – General Professional and Technical Staff
General professional and technical staff: professional staff to support the local authority.
Lot 9 – Parking Services
Parking service staff — enforcement of local authority car parks and streets.
Lot 10 – Asset Management
Asset management: estate management and professional property staff.
Lot 11 – Administration
Administration: general admin staff to the local authority.
