Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Council wishes to establish a range of specialist temporary worker providers to match the range of skills required from time-to-time to support the Council’s operation. The awarded suppliers will be referred to as ‘framework suppliers’ of the service for the duration of the Framework Agreement term.
