Framework for the supply of temporary teachers and educational staff to be used by all schools in Leeds that are maintained by Leeds City Council and also those schools and colleges that are not maintained Leeds City Council but buy a combined Human Resources (HR) and Health and Safety (H&S) Service Level Agreement (SLA) provided by Leeds City Council.

This contract is divided into lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots. The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:
- Lot 1 Supply across all school phases – primary and secondary for a comprehensive range of subject areas for both teachers and support staff which will include Higher Level Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Technicians and, where appropriate, some administration staff such as bursars and School Business Managers.
- Lot 2 Supply of temporary teachers and educational staff for special schools and children with special needs.
- Lot 3 Supply of personnel including temporary staff for one to one tuition for children and young people with special needs and looked-after children.
- Lot 4 Supply of personnel including temporary staff for leadership team staff, including Head teachers, Deputy Head-teachers and Assistant Head-teachers.
