Short description of the contract or purchase(s): EMSCU police forces wish to appoint a number of suppliers to a framework for the provision of temporary staff appointments to meet senior and specialist roles above a salary of £30,939 including but not limited to in the areas of finance & accountancy, information services, HR, procurement and project leadership & investigation. Nottinghamshire Police have the primary requirement and are the lead force in respect of this framework but it is also to be made available for use by the wider public sector.
Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: Nottinghamshire, but also open for use by other EMSCU forces (Derbyshire and Northamptonshire) and other UK police forces and public bodies.
Duration of the framework agreement: 4 Years
Estimated total value of purchases for the entire duration of the framework agreement excluding VAT: between £500,000 and £20,000,000
Time limit for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents: 4pm, 5th May 2014
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 4pm, 20th June 2014
