London Borough of Waltham Forest Recruitment Tender
Title: LGRP — HR Solutions for the Public Sector Framework.
Short description: The London Borough of Waltham Forest is working on behalf of the Local Government Recruitment Partnership (LGRP), and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Framework Agreement for recruitment services.
Duration of the contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system: Initial period of 24 Months with the option to extend for two consecutive periods of 12 months.

The recruitment tender involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 5pm, 14th July 2017
This Framework Agreement will be accessible for use by UK public sector bodies (and any future successor organisations) which includes Central Government Departments and their Arm’s Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities.
The framework is divided into 4 lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots:
Lot 1 – Executive Permanent and Interim Search and Selection
This lot will be for the search and selection of executive/permanent recruitment for roles over £70kpa and for the search and selection of Interim recruitment. Between 5-8 providers will be awarded onto the lot.
Lot 2 – Permanent Recruitment
This lot will be for the search and selection of permanent recruitment for roles between £30k and- £70k. It is envisaged that between 5-8 providers will be awarded onto the lot.
Lot 3 – Strategic HR Consultancy Services
This lot will be for the provision of all HR related consultancy. HR consultancy will cover a wide portfolio of services. It is envisaged that the lot will have between 5 — 8 providers.
Lot 4 – HR Marketing
This lot will be for the provision of all marketing and advertising campaigns including public notices. HR Marketing will deliver flexibility to customers across a variety of services for both campaigns and recruitment advertising. This is likely to include digital marketing, print advertising etc. It is envisaged that the lot will have between 2-3 providers.
