Recruitment Tender

Title:  Crawley Borough Council, Horsham District Council and Mid Sussex District Council — Provision of Temporary Agency Staff Recruitment Tender

Short description:  Crawley Borough Council, Horsham District Council and Mid Sussex District Council are establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Temporary Agency Staff across all 3 authorities. The Councils wish to enter into the most economically advantageous contracts with reliable, flexible and innovative organisations who provide competitive rates as well as providing good quality staff.

The contract is split into 4 separate lots:

Lot 1 – Office Based Staff – this lot includes the provision of office based staff including roles such as Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Support roles, Call Centre advisor.

Lot 2 – Operational Staff – this lot includes operational staff in roles such as General Supervisor, Grounds Maintenance Operative, Street Cleansing Operative, Litter Picker.

Lot 3 – Specialist and Technical Staff – this lot is split into the following categories: 3a: Revenues, Benefits and Finance; 3b: Planning; 3c Housing and Buildings; 3d ICT; 3e Multi-disciplinary professional. More information as to the types of roles included can be found in the tender documents.

Lot 4 – Drivers – examples of roles under this lot include: Grounds Maintenance Operative, Loader, Street Sweeper, LGV driver, Cleansing Operative, Side Loader Operative.

 

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate – 12pm, 9th January 2017

Estimated value – £8 million

Duration of the contract:  48 months – no renewals
