Title:  TEN 16-081 Recruitment Services.

Short description:  The FCA is seeking a supplier to provide a full recruitment and on-boarding service, to cover both permanent and contingent workers. The FCA requires a high quality, secure, reliable, cost effective and innovative service to source experienced hires (from administrative/clerical through to management level), engage and manage our contingent worker population (temporary and contract), arrange secondments and provide full on-boarding services for all resource types. The successful tenderer should be able to provide early careers resourcing services (graduates/apprentices/interns) as this will become part of the service requirements during the life of the contract.

Type of procedure:  restricted procedure

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate:  12pm, 8th January 2018

Duration of the contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system: Start: 01/10/2018.  End: 30/09/2022.  The contract is subject to renewals (2 x 12 months).
