The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide Recruitment Services for members of PfH who require permanent or temporary Care and Support staff.
Procurement for Housing is working in conjunction with a number of their members in developing this framework agreement to meet their immediate requirements for the provision of Care and Support staff. Committed spend on award of this framework is currently within the region of 5-20 million per annum, although members do hold the right to remove this commitment if they choose to do so.
PfH is seeking to appoint a number of recruitment agencies that consistently meet the highest professional levels of performance and conduct. The providers will need to deliver high quality, control and effective monitoring to ensure safeguarding of vulnerable people with whom PfH members work, whilst also meeting all requirements both geographically and by job description.
Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate: Envisaged minimum number 5.
The Procurement for Housing (PfH) framework agreement for the provision of care and support recruitment services will be split into 24 lots, defined by both job role and region. The agreement will cover 8 regional areas; National, South East England, South West England, Midlands, Central England and East Anglia, Wales, Northern England and Scotland. Each regional area will be split into three lots covering three specific job roles; care staff, support staff and registered nurses.
