Title: Recruitment services framework for permanent and fixed term resources
Short description: The Future Cities Catapult as the Contracting Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of recruitment services for Fixed Term and Permanently Employed Workers to be employed at Future Cities Catapult in Farringdon, London. This is for use by Future Cities Catapult only. The Framework aims to establish an Agreement with a comprehensive range of suppliers providing coverage primarily in the London area although occasionally nationwide.
Estimated total value: £750,000
This Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend for up to 2 further periods of 12 consecutive months, at the Authority’s discretion. However individual Call-Off Contracts may extend beyond the life of the Framework Agreement.

The Framework Agreement is split into lots. Each supplier is able to bid on up to a maximum of 5 lots.
Lot 1 – General and Business Services
This Lot 1 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into General and Business Services roles for fixed term contract and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 2 – Procurement, Commercial and Legal
This Lot 2 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into Procurement, Commercial and Legal roles for fixed term contracts and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 3 – HR
This Lot 3 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into HR (Human Resources) roles for fixed term contract and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 4 – ICT and Support
This Lot 4 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into ICT and ICT Support roles for fixed term and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 5 – Communications and Marketing, PR and Events Manager
This Lot 5 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into Communications & Marketing, PR and Events Management roles for fixed term contracts and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 6 – Finance
This Lot 6 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into Finance roles for fixed term contracts and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 7 – Facilities and Venue Manager
This Lot 7 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into Facilities and Venue Manager roles for fixed term contracts and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 8 – Research
This Lot 8 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into Research roles for fixed term contracts and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 9 – Content Creation
This Lot 9 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into Content Creation roles for fixed term contracts and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
Lot 10 – Account Management
This Lot 10 is for services focusing around the search, sift and placement of candidates into Account Management roles for fixed term contracts and permanent employment. Examples of the roles which may be requested are given within the tender documents.
