Sandwell MBC wishes to invite interested parties (‘Tenderers’) to participate in a tender exercise to establish a multi service provider Framework for the Provision of Temporary Agency Workers. The suitably qualified and experienced providers of Temporary Agency Workers will be required to provide the services described in the Tender Specification. The Framework Agreement (“Contract”) will be to supply temporary staff services on a call off basis as and when required by the Council’s Resourcing Team users. The Council makes no guarantee as to the number or value of any work.
The Resourcing Team, within the Human Resources department responds to requests for temporary workers from all Council departments and associated partners.
The Resourcing Team manages the request, ordering and back office tasks (time sheets, invoicing and payments for the hiring of temporary agency workers).
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (”the Council”) operates its own Temporary Worker Agency known as Templink.
