An executive summary can be one of the hardest things to construct for your business. This document provides guidance on what to include and what to avoid when writing two different types of executive summary:
- The generic executive summary which is an overview of your business structure, services, finances, capability, capacity and experience.
- The tender specific summary which is a synopsis of the tender or proposal you are submitting. This one is specific and needs to cover HOW you are going to deliver the service and demonstrate evidence to showcase your experience of providing similar services successfully to other clients.
