Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Education and training services. South & City College Birmingham is a large further education college with several campuses. We are looking for a company to supply Communication Support Workers and Note Takers to support a range of mainstream and supported learning students including deaf students.
Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate: Envisaged number of operators: 6
Award criteria: The most economically advantageous tender in terms of the criteria stated below:
- Price. Weighting 40
- Experience & Expertise. Weighting 25
- Quality. Weighting 20
- Service and Maintenance. Weighting 15
This tender is initially for 36 months (reviewed annually) but may be extended for a further 24 months by agreement of both parties.
