• Identify the right tender opportunities for your business and make informed “bid / no bid” decisions

• Learn how to meet the required criteria for SQ questions and “get through” the first stage of the tender process
• Establish how to break down tender questions and gain maximum points for your responses
• Structure creative proposals and method statements in line with the client’s brief
• Write powerful case studies and present compelling “evidence” to demonstrate your company’s capability, capacity and competence throughout the bid
• Respond to the most commonly asked questions and tackle the dreaded topics of “unique selling points”, “added value”, “social value” and “diversity & inclusion”
• Develop a professional writing style underpinned by persuasive language, graphics and visual aids
• Use copy and paste effectively to tailor your bid without reinventing the wheel
• Build a tender library of the most commonly required documents
• Understand (and avoid) the most common mistakes made by tender writers at all levels
