Title: Agency Recruitment Services Framework
Short description: PHSO is pleased to invite you to submit a formal tender submission for the opportunity to be included on PHSO’s Recruitment Agency framework for the provision of recruitment services. The framework length will be for 2 years with the option to extend for up to 2 further years (1 + 1). The framework will cover permanent, fixed term, temporary and contract recruitment to cover all PHSO service areas including executive positions. The framework will contain the following lots:
- Lot 1: Executive – value £1.75 million
- Lot 2: ICT – £1.75 million
- Lot 3: Finance, HR, Facilities, Procurement and Business Planning – £1.75 million
- Lot 4: General Business Support – £1.75 million
Tenders may be submitted for all lots.

This is an open tender process. For each lot there will be up to 5 suppliers issued to the top five (5) highest scoring submissions, who have also met all other criteria following evaluation of supporting evidence.

Under the agreement the provider (s) will be required to actively participate in the economic and social regeneration of, and surroundings of, the place of delivery of the agreement. Therefore selection and award criteria, specification requirements and contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
