Advertising & Response Handling – House of Commons & the Parliamentary ICT (PICT) Service

Delivery of advertising and response handling services for recruitment campaigns open to external candidates for all types and levels of post. Disciplines may include construction, maintenance and ICT professionals; advisory posts in disciplines such as science and technology, foreign affairs and social sciences; back office functions such as Finance, Human Resources and Internal Audit; front line areas such as catering, retail and Visitor Services as well as generalist administrative posts and posts unique to parliament such as Doorkeepers.

Suppliers are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of various recruitment markets and advertising options, to advertise posts in a way that reflects the Authority’s branding and status, to manage candidate applications in an efficient and professional manner, and to meet Parliament’s information security requirements at all times.
